Design documents are transferred to our 5 specialized production workshops. After sample confirmation (no objections to parameters), mass production starts immediately. For standard models: 7–10 days (≤500 units); for customized models: 20–30 days (including mold opening & testing), with flexible capacity adjustment for large orders.
Quality Control Stage
All products go through 3 rounds of inspections: raw material calibration (e.g., Osram chip verification), 72-hour aging tests during production, and final appearance/performance checks in the QC workshop. Only qualified products enter the warehousing stage, ensuring a 0.5% failure rate.
Logistics & Delivery Stage
We arrange domestic shipping (included in quotes or client-designated carriers) and international sea/air freight (EXW terms with customs document assistance). Goods are packed with damage-resistant materials; we coordinate order consolidation & warehousing, ensuring on-time delivery via premium logistics channels.
